Virginia AG Urges Veterans and Servicemembers to File Claims Against Harris Jewelry for Restitution

The Virginia Attorney General’s office is encouraging Virginia servicemembers and veterans who were misled by Harris Jewelry to file claims for restitution.

The company was involved in deceptive marketing practices, falsely promising credit score improvements and requiring unnecessary protection plans.

As part of a 2022 settlement, Harris Jewelry has been ordered to refund over $1 million to more than 3,800 Virginians, with a claim deadline of December 21. Those affected can submit their claims through the Harris Jewelry website.

Attorney General Miyares emphasized the importance of taking advantage of this opportunity to recover the money owed.
