One striking finding from the study was the designation of Beverly Hills as Florida’s worst city to live in. Analysts highlighted several concerning statistics, including a poverty rate of 27.6%, significantly higher than the state average of 13.1%.
The median home value in Beverly Hills stands at $107,800, while the median household income is $37,728. Additionally, the drug-induced mortality rate, at 47.5 deaths per 100,000 residents, underscores significant public health challenges. Despite these issues, over 10,000 people call Beverly Hills home.
