Seven Baptist Memorial Hospitals Named to U.S. News & World Report 2024-2025 Best Hospitals List

Seven Baptist Memorial hospitals in Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee have been named to the 2024-2025 U.S. News & World Report Best Hospitals list.

Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis Memphis and Mississippi Baptist Medical Center Jackson, Mississippi are ranked as the best hospitals in their cities. Mississippi Baptist Medical Center was also recognized as the top hospital in the state.

Four other hospitals from Mississippi Baptist Memorial were rated as High Performing: Baptist Memorial Hospital-DeSoto, Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle, Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford, and Baptist Anderson Regional Medical Center.

NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital in Jonesboro, Arkansas, also earned a High Performing rating.

In addition to the U.S. News recognition, four Baptist Memorial hospitals in Mississippi received A grades from Leapfrog Group for safe care. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services gave four Mississippi hospitals four stars for quality, while Baptist Memorial Hospital-Leake earned five stars, the highest rating.

Baptist Memorial Health Care is one of the largest not-for-profit healthcare systems in the country, providing a wide range of services, including 24 hospitals across the region, urgent care centers, and a large network of affiliated doctors. The system employs more than 22,000 people and contributed over $465 million in community support in fiscal year 2023.
