In a coordinated effort by multiple law enforcement agencies, three wanted fugitives were arrested in New Hampshire early this morning. The United States Marshals Service (USMS) Joint Fugitive Task Force, along with local law enforcement, made key arrests in different parts of the state.
Justin Travis 43 was apprehended in Hill, NH, on charges stemming from a 2024 burglary and firearm theft from a Canterberry home. Additionally, he faced charges related to a failure to appear in court for prior offenses. Travis was taken into custody without incident and transported to Merrimack County Department of Corrections.
Following Travis’s arrest, officers turned their attention to Michael Rand 39 and Abdul Rodriguez 48, both believed to be armed and actively evading capture. Rand, who had violated federal release conditions, was located in Portsmouth and arrested during a motor vehicle stop.
Rodriguez was spotted attempting to flee from a house in Rochester but was ultimately apprehended after surrendering inside the dwelling. Rodriguez had a history of multiple drug convictions and prior offenses related to firearms and resisting arrest.
These arrests are part of the ongoing efforts of the USMS New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force, which partners with local agencies to track down and capture fugitives across the state.
