This tragic accident in Middlesex County, Virginia, resulted in the deaths of Allan Wayne Cash’s mother, Eleanor Heath Cash, and his wife, Donna Sue Cash.
The crash occurred when Cash’s vehicle crossed the centerline of General Puller Highway and collided head-on with a Ford Transit van.
