Entergy Texas has been named the top midsize electric utility for customer satisfaction among business customers in the South, according to the J.D. Power 2024 Electric Utility Business Customer Satisfaction Study. The company earned the highest score in its category, showing its commitment to providing reliable and affordable energy.

The J.D. Power study, now in its 26th year, rates utilities on six key factors: power quality and reliability, price, billing and payment, corporate citizenship, customer contact, and communication. For the 2024 study, more than 20,000 business customers nationwide shared their feedback, with Entergy Texas ranking first in several areas.
